Hey everyone,
I’ve been on Zoloft since the end of January 2023, and on 50mg for six months. For the past couple months, things were going pretty steadily. I definitely wasn’t 100% (still low-level anxiety, some depressive episodes) but it felt manageable.
But two days ago, out of the blue, I had a massive anxiety spike and I spiralled. I’ve now increased to 75mg and I am praying that it helps me get better. 50mg felt like it was dampening my anxiety just to be tolerable, but I want my higher dose to genuinely kick my general anxiety to the door. I also have OCD (specifically Relationship OCD) which I’m hoping to work through.
Can anyone advise? Did going from 50mg to 75mg help anyone with anxiety or OCD? Do I need to reach 100mg?
