Should I increase my dose for anxiety? (50mg, 6+ weeks)

Hi everyone,

I’ve been on 50mg for over six weeks now, having done two months before that on lower doses (12.5-37.5mg).

My anxiety has definitely improved, and I have no long-term side effects besides getting more easily heated/sweaty. However, I still ‘check’ myself for anxiety near-constantly, still have occasional dissociation, struggle with low-mood and emotional blunting sometimes, and just generally feel a bit rough. I can still feel very happy and excited, but my general mood fluctuates between ‘fine’ and somewhat anxious/on edge.

My doctor prescribed me to go up to 100mg but I feel like that could be too large a jump, too quickly. Should I stick with 50mg until 12 weeks? Or push to 75mg now? Or even straight to 100mg?
