Feeling crazy after increasing 37.5mg to 50mg? (And a breakup…)
Post Body

Hey everyone,

I’ve been on Zoloft for about 10 weeks. The first five weeks were on 12.5mg, then about 3 weeks on 25mg, another five days on 37.5mg, and I’m now on my 3rd day of 50mg. Also, I just broke up with my partner yesterday.

Since the breakup, I’ve just been feeling so weird. Not just sadness and anxiety, but literally…crazy? I wouldn’t call it dissociation, but my mind is racing so fast, and reality switches from feeling normal to ‘square’ or ‘circular’ or ‘diagonal’. I know that doesn’t make sense, that’s why it feels crazy.

Could this be from the Zoloft increase or is something worse happening?
