How do I start a zine?

And by that I mean, how do I start a zine with more people than just me? I'm a near-friendless loser shut-in with a day job and creative writing experience, but limited organizational and time management skills. Nothing here is on my side, and asking people on a leftist Discord server "hey do you all want in on a zine" isn't yielding fantastic results so far. Which means I'm probably doing everything wrong.
