I know I've been promising this update for a long time now, but the paperwork finally went through today.

When GoCoin and Ziftrcoin first merged it was to create a platform using ZiftrCOIN's codebase, credit card processing, and GoCoin's merchants.

What we quickly discovered once we started working on the GoPayWin project is that GoCoin's merchants could not process on GoPayWin's platform due to the business sectors of a lot of GoCoin's merchants were in. From that point we continued to try to assist the GoPayWin team but it just did not fit into GoCoin's business goals and the two teams drifted apart.

As of today the two companies are officially split. GoCoin is its own separate entity. GoPayWin/ZiftrCOIN is its own separate entity.

GoCoin poured a lot of employee time, money, and sweat into the GoPayWin project, we wanted it to succeed with our business goals too. Unfortunately we couldn't make it work with GoCoin's existing merchants. It was not a successful endeavor for us.

Since I am no longer affiliated with GoPayWin, ZiftrCOIN or any other MyVBO/AirTank projects I won't be able to update you all on any developments with the coin, network, or merchants they sign up.

I've gotten to know a lot of you on this journey. I joined the GoCoin team specifically to work on this new project and I'm disappointed it didn't mesh with GoCoin's business. This is also a good time to mention that I've also personally moved on from GoCoin, I resigned almost a month ago, but I've been keeping up with the team to update you this final time on this split.
