Hi there ! After failing miserably in January(Including an awful ice cream binge) I decided to go back to zero-carb once more, this time I decided to not get any more eggs and I just keep consuming my meat supply, preparing a pork chop steak every day(with some pan sauce created from drippings and butter/heavy cream) for last couple of days.
I'm surprised that I had no cravings or toughs about food during those initial days and mostly felt no desire to eat besides having some meat once a day.
I don't know whether it's just because of eating plenty of meat(I still had cravings after eating eggs) or my previous experiences with low-carb eating helped me get back into it.
How good of a job meat does for you to quench your thirst to eat junk?
