I've never much cared for steak or any of the more common beef cuts. However, I do love me a good baked turkey thigh (with skin)! Licking those greasy fingers, like a well-fed king overlooking his peasants working the crops down in the fields!
Does anyone else doing ZC take in more turkey or chicken thighs than beef stuff? And how do they compare to each other? I know most people are just chomping down steaks left and right on ZC, but for me to do that would require a lobotomy! Or some kind of mechanical jaw implant, maybe a blender to drink that trash down!
