This diagram puts tri tip steak/roast at 73% calories from fat. When I googled tri tip steak though, everywhere it is called a lean meat and has no where near this amount. Is the diagram incorrect?
I am trying to find a fattier cut of meat as chuck doesn't seem to have very much. If the diagram is correct, then tri tip would be ideal as it is at least half the cost of ribeye.
