Monday June 5th i sent my landlord my rent money and although the money was taken out of my account, I recieved a notification stating that the transaction had failed, I called my bank (navy federal) and they proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait 1 business day to see it back i to my account... fast forward to now and I still haven't gotten my money back and im worried my landlord might start thinking about evicting me since I havent been able to pay.
I've already called like 5 times and they've gone from saying 1 business day, 2-3 business days, to even saying that Zelle is going to have to send me a check through mail! I Called Zelle directly and they've said they can't help me because they only deal with the mobile app directly and not the zelle bank system. I'm so done with this.
