Nostalgia with Legend of Zelda Oracle of Seasons and Ages
Post Body

My fascination with legend of zelda started when I got my first game boy color and legend of zelda oracle of seasons. Though it's not OoT or ALttP (which would have been fantastic to start with), I was instantly sucked into the world of Holodrum and Link's journey to rescue Din. The music, the use of color puzzles, the ability to change the seasons in oorder to get to where yyou need to be: all of it was amazing. After I finally beat it half a year later, I needed to play more. Got Oracle of Ages and oh boy, once more I was sucked into the land of Labrynna. The differences between the versions was evident even as a kid: Seasons was more action based and Ages was more puzzle based. It's hard to describe how much I love these games, I had played pokemon games, mario games, but nothing was able to match up to these games on the hhandheld. The music was a huge thing for me. Roaming aaround with the overworld theme never got old. The music that played when you approached Verans Black tower! Even for a tune coming through the Game Boys tiny sound system, I always found it to just evoke this threatening and dark atmosphere. Sure I've played every other game, which are all amazing in their own aspects too, but nothing will compare to the sense of wonder and adventure I got from these two games. Anyone else feel the same way?
