My brother in law runs a restaurant supply distribution company, only has 1-2 employees so very very small operation but he's inundated with phone calls and text messages all hours of the night, where he is manually writing down all of his customer requests and orders on loose pieces of paper, it's very inefficient.
I mentioned to him to Zapier may be something to look into but he has zero interest in technology, very old school, so I'm here to try to help as I'm the opposite, love learning about AI/new tech, but I never played around with Zapier, I just know of all the capabilities it has.
Is it possible for someone like myself to build a database/spreadsheet for him so when a specific phone number texts him the list of supplies that customer needs, Zapier can create/update a Google Sheets work sheet depending on the phone number?
