Desktop works but not Gaming mode

So got yuzu up and going. It was really crashing a lot. New update hit now runs great with only one or two crashes in a 8hr play in desktop with controller. Built in controller doesn't work on desktop mode though so have to use a controller. In gaming mode shaders load then it gets stuck on loading screen. What should I try before I try uninstalling and try reinstalling?
