q bugged after patch?

just played as yuumi and since the patch today where q is showing up visually is wrong. im steering q's into people then visually it just goes thru them and when the spell times out the "puff" (where the missle was) is in a completley different area. anyone else getting this? its like empowered q is useless now until they fix it.
edit: seems to be fine in the practice tool? wtf
