no reason to stay on an adc averaging 1 death per minute, making the game a 3v5 instead of 4v5.
i kinda understand she was pretty broken pre-changes but imo they seriously missed the mark if they wanted to make her stop ditching her adc to snowball the jgler/any other fed laner. if your adc is seriously behind, you lose an incredible amount of value as a champion and support staying on them vs literally just going anywhere else. best friend system is nice, but itâs not nice enough that itâs worth it to stay on your best friend if theyâre not doing good.
in my games I usually go two different builds based on how the game is going and who is on my team. battle song Yuumi is pretty good , I like it more than moonstone because I feel like the healing/shielding on moonstone gets out-valued by the movement speed buffs battlesong offers the team. the second is full AP Yuumi, ludens echo imperial mandate and other ap items make yuumiâs q hit like a god damn ww1 trench shot gun. usually only a good idea to go ap yuumi if youâre already ahead, since yuumi is a snowballing goat who just helps whoever youâre attached to snowball even harder.
more often than not tho your adc is running it down because they think âoh Yuumi is attached to me im unkillableâ and then run face first into a nautilus and 12 years of cc without any warning. i usually give my laner a chance but if they die more than 3 times back to back, I roam mid/top and usually stay there. itâs toxic but genuinely itâs way better than getting 0xp bot lane from a feeding adc that canât cs because theyâre dead constantly. in all honesty the whole best friend system needs a rework or adjustment to make it actually valuable.
