So, I'm not sure if this is against the rules to mention HOTS but I have wanted to ask this question for a few years now so here goes. As a support main of loves playing Yuumi [despite also personally considering her very weak compared to other options] and seeing numerous other people play her I have seen a fairly large deal of hatred towards the fish loving book cat...however when I play Heroes of the storm as Abathur, a fundamentally very similar hero who possesses the same traits that I see many Yuumi haters point out, but also has some of them to a much greater degree, but almost nobody says anything negative about him. Why is it that a hero who can do what she does [minus her ult] but without needing to physically attach himself to the target get no hate, yet a champ that does need to attach themselves does?
[ps] Because this will likely come up. Yes Yuumi does have a powerful ult, and her Q can deal a good chunk of damage, and she provides a bonus to damage AND movespeed and attack speed ANND HEALING.
BUT! Aba has no mana meaning he can't be exhausted. He can have his symbiote provide, a constant 25% bonus to attack speed, a 3.5 second 40% boost to movespeed with the shield [which already heals while its active], heal for each enemy hit with its AOE and he can have it provide a second symbiote to a hero near the main host which not only mimics its abilities but also talents.
