On Disability and looking for a safe place to rent…

I’m on disability and after the 1st of the year 1/3 of my income will be at least 688. I do have a side P/T gig that pays under the table and sometimes when I have the energy, I do Instacart. Sadly, after my battle with cancer, I killed my credit in order to pay for treatments. I’m looking for a 1-2 bed apartment preferably with a patio that is safe and clean. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
