I found another ridiculous review while browsing Pojo's Card of the Day. This time, it's {{Maxx "C"}}. Once again, every other reviewer praises the inherent power of the card, but there's always one...

Here's the whole review:

Maxx "C" opens the week, and this thing is so rare because...? Level 2, Ea rth attributed, Insect monster, with 500 attack and 200 defense. There isn't a whole lot to do with this card, honestly. You get to Draw one card ea ch time your opponent Special Summons a monster.

You can only activate this cards effect by sending it to the Graveyard from your Hand, so while you can do it during either players' turn, obviously they know it's coming...realistically speaking it probably isn't enough to keep your opponent from performing a Special Summon.
