Aegaion the Sea Castrum. Why or Why Not?

This card is amazing. A 3000 DEF Wall that, during either player's turn, banishes a random face down card from your Opponent's Extra Deck, face-up, then copies it's attack.
Additionally, during either player's turn, you can return a Banished Extra Deck monster to your opponent's extra deck, then destroy a monster on their field with the same type.
It's an amazing stall or defensive card that will banish 2 Extra Deck monsters at least by the time your opponent's turn rolls around, but why isnt it run more often? Is it just because it's a six cent common?
