[R/F] Blackwings for Locals

You guys have helped me a bunch fixing the two R/Fs I've posted so far, hoping to have as much success with this one too. Basically, I bought a bunch of Blackwing cards off eBay (a lot of high rarity in it too, which was a bonus) which seems to consist of playsets of a bunch of the regular monsters and half a dozen of the synchros. Combined with some of the Blackwing stuff I already had, I've mixed it into what I think works, but I suspect there are better ratios I can use for comboing and such (plus extra deck help is always required since I'm usually awful at it).

Monsters

Kris the Crack of Dawn x3 - As far as I can tell, this is a staple at 3. Special Summons himself for easy R4NK and Synchro plays, and has spell/trap protection.

Bora the Spear x3 - Another self-summoner, comes with piercing damage if need be, but mostly for easy Extra Deck access like Kris (plus no OPT special summon clause too!)

Gale the Whirlwind x3 - Third self-summoner, plus he's a Tuner, fantastic! Added effect of halving an opponent's monster's ATK and DEF, which can be handy before a Synchro Summon.

Blizzard the Far North x3 - Revives a Level 4 Blackwing upon Normal Summon, giving easy access to Level 6 Synchros.

Pinaki the Waxing Moon x2 - Tuner and a searcher when sent to grave, fantastic. Synchro summon and fetch more material simultaneously.

Kalut the Moon Shadow x2 - Handy little hand-trap that adds 1400 ATK to a Blackwing during either player's damage step. Useful for helping the Synchros get over your opponents beat sticks.

Kunai the Drizzle x2 - Special summons at the cost of a Tribute and turns itself into a level 5 tuner. Can also change the level of Synchro monsters to open up more Synchro plays. Really helps get the bigger monsters. Also lets Tzolkin be an option, which I am debating.

Zephyros the Elite x1 - Return any face-up card you control to your hand, revive him from the grave once per duel. Can easily bounce a Black Whirlwind to bring himself back to keep your monsters available.

Sirocco the Dawn x2 - Has to be Normal Summoned, but it's effect is another handy way of getting over the bigger beatsticks. Level 5 too, so a potential Tzolkin material with Kunai.

Shura the Blue Flame x2 - Special Summon a Blackwing with 1500 ATK or less if it destroys a monster, which can be accomplished easily with Gale the Whirlwind or Pinaki the Waxing Moon. Another search tool, basically. Gale, Blizzard, and Pinaki are all targets, and are all Tuners, so can easily enable Synchro plays.

Kogarashi the Wanderer x1 - Can Special Summon himself when a Blackwing is destroyed by card effect, and protects Synchro Monsters summoned using him as material.

Gladius the Midnight Sun x1 - Easy option to be replaced, but he can special summon himself if I only have one monster, so if I get a tuner out it's an easy Synchro.

Vayu the Emblem of Honor x3 - The few lists I've read seem to suggest that this card has been fazed out of popularity, so he's largely just here for graveyard synchros if I need a beatstick. Not the best, happy enough to replace.

Spells

Black Whirlwind x3 - Absolute must at 3, helps search so much and really enables the deck.

Lightning Vortex x1 - Can't afford Raigeki right now, currently using it to ditch Vayu for grave synchros.

Allure of Darkness x2 - Draw power, another handy use of Vayu.

Cards for Black Feathers x1 - Not great since it limits Special Summoning, but can be handy if my hand is near empty or I've bricked.

Book of Moon x1 - Protection, flip opponent's monsters at will.

Traps

Icarus Attack x2 - All Winged Beasts, so this is handy for destruction.

Delta Crow - Anti Reverse x1 - I love surprising my opponents by playing this from the hand, I might add a second one.

Bottomless Trap Hole x1 - Banish opponent beatsticks.

Stardust Re-Spark x1 - Another handy 'element of surprise' card, direct attack? Surprise Stardust Dragon! Gimmicky though, suspect there are better options here given how easily the deck can get Stardust out anyway.

Extra Deck

Chidori the Rain Sprinkling x2 - I love this card. Makes himself a Level 7 Tuner, gets big ATK late in the game, and revives other Blackwing Synchros upon destruction. Don't see a need for three though.

Raikiri the Rain Shower x1 - Another Level 7 Synchro Tuner. Free destruction for having Blackwing monsters on the field, yes please.

Nothung the Starlight x2 - Fantastic card. The deck's personal Gagaga Cowboy, inflicting 800 damage on summon, weakens an opponents monster by 800 ATK and DEF, and gives you an extra Normal Summon per turn, which in combination with Black Whirlwind really opens the deck up.

Obsidian Hawk Joe x1 - Revives a Level 5 or higher Winged Beast on Summon, excellent. Also changes targets to protect your more important Blackwings.

Blackwing Armed Wing x1 - ATK boost and piercing damage in one fell swoop, helpful for clearing defensive fields.

Silverwind the Ascendant x1 - Destruction on summon for up to two targets with less than 2800 DEF at the cost of your battle phase. Adds a once per turn protection for all Blackwings.

Sohaya the Rain Storm x1 - Revives an Assault Blackwing on summon (Hi again Chidori/Raikiri!) and also turns himself into a Tuner as another Tzolkin option.

Onimaru the Divine Thunder x1 - I've packed four of these so it felt like a bit of a sign to use him. 3000 ATK, can't be destroyed by card effects, and if I use only Synchro monsters as material (Sohaya Obsidian Joe) he gets an extra 3000 ATK during the damage step when he attacks. Basically the end game card.

Castel x1 - Removal, standard Rank 4 choice.

Stardust Dragon x1 - Superb Level 8 Synchro, plus can save a game with Stardust Re-Spark.

Black Rose Moonlight Dragon x1 - Removal, with 2400 ATK to boot.

Goyo Guardian x1 - Steal opponents monsters for Synchro materials, saves resources.

Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon x1 - One of my absolute favourite cards, plus with all the Synchro monsters this deck makes he can be easy to get out, which is a bonus.

So there it is, please critique and point me in the right direction, I'd love to be able to make this usable for the weekend. to get a break from Monarchs whilst I finish building other decks.
