What does a Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon retrain need to be good?
Post Body

My idea: Blue-Eyes Blinding Dragon Light/Dragon/Lv10/3000 Atk/2500 Def

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be special summoned except by its own effect. •You can special Summon this monster from your hand or Deck by tributing one “Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon” you control. If this card is special summoned from the Deck, you cannot summon any monsters for the rest of the turn. •This card card is immune to card effects except it’s own. •Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target any number of cards; this card can be affected by the effects of the targeted cards until the end of the turn. •This card gains 300 Atk for each Dragon-type monster in your graveyard. •If this card is destroyed: you can banish this card and one “Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon” from your graveyard; Special Summon one “Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon” from your deck, ignoring the summoning conditions.

This effectively gives Blue-eyes a bonus ED monster that lives in the main deck but the restriction doesn’t make it too broken to turbo out, and the float may make you actually run the original.

It needs a recovery effect. One that brings resources to the hand, a lot of them. Recover banished cards, draw on destroying something by battle, etc.

Something that can relate the movie and gain recovery would be summoning 3 Blue-eyes monsters from the hand/deck/graveyard when it’s removed from the field.
