why do people still play yugioh knowing that konami is deliberately screwing them over ?

I really want to know after learning that singles cost anywhere from 4-10 times less in japan then they do in the US examples

Pot of Desires costs about $13-15 in japan Toadally Awesome? around $2 each Zoodiac Barrage? less then $10.... for a play set(for 3)

i mean konami just turned your Structure into a sealed product, when are you guys going to wake up are realize that yours in a bad relationship with this company???? ban lists? they ban out cards strictly on what would make them more money.

rarity changes? they see whats popular in japan so they can turn a rare or common card into a secret rare so i ask you yugioh fan base, why do you keep playing this game when the company screws you over so much?
