Can’t log into my Kraken account

Being the responsible person, after the LastPass issue, I registered my Kraken account on my yubikey using NFC on my phone. Received the confirmation email in January and hadn’t really looked at it since. Tried logging in today but nothing happens on the android. It will vibrate that it has recognized a key but…takes me back to the password prompt. Of course I don’t know the master key for kraken. Am I just going to have this as a loss? It’s not too much but it still sucks if so.
