Problem with YouTube TV and Amazon Fire TV Cube

I am posting this on both YouTube TV and Amazon Fire TV subs because I don't know which is the problem.

For the last few weeks I have been having a problem where YouTube TV occasionally goes into a permanent buffering state and the only way I can fix it is to restart the Amazon Fire TV Cube. Everything else including Netflix, HBO Max and Prime Video continue to work fine when having this problem. I have two Amazon Fire TV Cubes and have had this problem on both of them.

Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?
