TIL: How to know if you're watching live TV

I noticed today that the dot location indicator on the timeline has an inset dot when you catch up to live TV.

I watch a show every day on my lunch break and usually start it a few minutes late by the time I make some food. I can usually catch up to the live broadcast after a couple commercial breaks. Today I noticed the change in the timeline indicator when I caught up. Coming from cable, I quickly noticed there's no way to "jump to live", but this will be a good way to know if you're behind.

Edit: Removed color of the dot. I thought it was red earlier. Tonight it's white, but still functions the same.
