Refined Scripting VS Rough Scripting

So i have just started making videos and i thought if i should start making scripted content with outlines with what i should do but that usually takes longer than rough scripting (which is basically notes) but is definitely higher quality than the fast less quality rough script. So should i start doing refined scripts or stick to the rough notes like i have been?

TLDR: Should i make full outlined scripts or rough scripts for my videos
