Hi all,
I'm asking for a review of a different kind (The "Question" flair seemed best): A service I created calls LinesAreOpen. I was inspired after a favorite channel of my starting airing viewer voicemails in a new segment--it was great, just like talk shows on radio/TV where listeners call in and ask questions, etc.
The problem for him was that it was messy. He needed listeners to record voice memos on their phone and email them to him, and then he had to sort through thousands of these things to figure out which to feature on his show.
Long story short, I created Lines to solve that problem. Hosts can setup a branded channel where their audience can use a web-based recorder to leave a message. Messages are easily manageable via a dashboard, and they're even automatically transcribed to make them skim-able. There are a bunch of other features, including unique toll-free numbers for paid plans, but I figure if you're interested you can take a look. I'd love any thoughts, the more candid the better!
If you think this would be useful for you, it's free to sign-up and get started, and if you PM me I can comp you a paid plan in return for honest feedback about how we can improve the service.
Thanks in advance!
Joe
