Lighting equipment for talking head videos?

I’m not a YouTuber (maybe one day…) but I figured that you guys would know the answer!

I need to make some talking head videos for work and I’m a bit lost with what to buy.

I’m an experienced photographer and know my way around flash lighting, but LED baffles me!

I have a whole set of Elinchrom studio accessories (soft boxes, beauty dishes, etc) is there some kind of (cheaper) led lighting I could get that would fit the gear I already have?

Any recommendations for LED light panels? Brands I should avoid? Price I should be paying to get something that’ll actually work without spending my life savings?
