Hello all, I am about to hit my first year on YouTube and looking to get a few questions answered.
Before we start please understand I completely understand I'm a new channel and growth does not always happen quickly and it wont help that I'm a gaming channel so I have to compete with many other YouTubers that do the same thing.

First question would be related to Impressions. I do not fully understand how these impressions are working. I understand the first 3 days of a new video YouTube will push it out more to test the video out so you will tend to get decent impression per day but basically all my videos flat line after 3-5 days and get maybe 1-10 impressions a day if any at all. I assumed that it would have been related to the AVD, CTR, and even general engagement like likes, and comments, however based off my videos this does not seem to be the case as i have videos with like 4% AVD and less then 3% CTR yet they still get like 100 impressions a day and my videos with the better stats stay flat lined. why is this?

2nd question would be regarding how to drive people to leave comments and likes. I have tried to do what others do and ask people to leave a like if they enjoyed the video or got a laugh and so on. I have done it at the start, in the mid and at the end of videos to see what would work best yet nothing seems to work like it does for others.

my third question is not much of a question but a request to be able to speak with someone who as lots of experience and has seen great growth on not just the channel but the analytics of their videos 1 on 1 either thru DM or discord whatever is preferred as I would like to get some feed back and pointers on what I can do differently and how I can change my editing a bit to be more exciting and entertaining as yes my AVD for 80% of my videos are trash my average is 10-15% with my best video being at around 40% AVD
