Real time youtube chat using dual pc streaming

I just started streaming to youtube and have a dual pc setup. I was wondering if there was a way keep an eye on my stream health and youtube chat on my gaming pc like I can with twitch.
Every time I try, I can see the real time info from my streaming pc, but the youtube window I have open on my gaming pc does not show anything.
EDIT: I figured out what was going on with the youtube chat. I did not know that the URL changes for each live stream.
