Any way to change the ads I see?

Is there any way to change which ads I see? The past week or two I've been spammed with ads from this gospel website or whatever, stuff about "how to read the bible" and such.
Now, reading the bible is all well and good, I'm sure... but I'm agnostic. Is there any way I can get YouTube to stop showing me these particular ads, or am I going to have to deal with it until the algorithm gods say otherwise?
