Need Help With Video Editor

So I want to post a 'Let's Play' of a game. I record it using Bandicam. It obviously requires some editing to be of use like removing a lot of unnecessary loading screens, etc. Problem is I can't find a video editor that both allows me to export at the same size and audio and video quality. Can someone give me some recommendations?
