So lately I've been getting spammed by content I don't even want to watch. YouTube algorithm sees me watch a singular video it then suggests one or two more of those videos and if I like those 2 then I get flooded with that subgenre.
Like for example, there was a valorant clip going around that was viral even in the CS2 community (mainly because it being a old csgo pro switching over to valorant) I then got suggested a couple funny random val clips, and now all of a sudden im being flooded with valorant gameplay even though I've never once searched for it.
And I know this is happening because its happened to me with 2 other genres, I got suggested one roblox video (I'm 30 I'm not watching roblox content, but because I found it funny and liked it) it started flooding more and more roblox content in my feed. it happened to me again with vtubers, I don't mind watching a vtuber clip here and there again, but I get suggested one clip, find it funny then all of a sudden I get flooded with them. Its really annoying on how the algorithm works.
Should also point out, I blocked over 30 valorant channels (did do not show in my feed due to relevancy and I still kept getting valorant clips)
