why do people comment the last thing they hear before a youtube short ends?

i understand maybe if someone said something funny, but most of the time they just repeat the last sentence that was said at the end

AND it usually gets the most likes, not that they matter, but maybe im the loser here? is there something im not understanding? do some people get the end of the videos cut off because of their old phones or something? i dont get it
