I’m not a trans person but I’m in the lgbtq community and have been a long time watcher for almost five years. Within the past few months I’ve stopped watching due to Christina’s transphobia. A lot of people who defend this stuff say “why are you getting triggered over a joke?” For anyone who’s on the sun and doesn’t realize this, these “jokes” are the bottom of the barrel and are straight up offensive to the actual community. It’s like back in the 70’s when people would make bottom of the barrel jokes about black stereotypes. No one’s saying you can’t make a joke about trans people, it just needs to be done from an informed perspective, otherwise you just look like an idiotic bigot. Just something to think about.
