Would you like to see Jason Todd in Phantoms? why or why not

So we know by the memorial we saw in season 2, Jason Todd was at one point Robin but died in the line of duty, however, he's never really been talking about outside of that throwaway.

I'd like to see that explored a little more. We saw some conflict with the bat family last season from their stint operating in the shadows along with everyone else. Jason Todd to me is also an interesting footnote in the canon and I'd like to see what the creative team would do with him. My only worry would be he'd be a repeat of Red arrow from season 1, and spend most of the time being angsty and seeking revenge.
