Did anyone quit going to the gym and then went back and then it clicked in their brain to actually do the work? I went to the gym for a little over a month a few times a week. I didn’t learn ANYTHING from it but everyone else does! People keep giving the same advice to go to the gym. I’m thinking if it didn’t work the first time it’s not going to work a second time!I’m just going to give up again.
