Hello Good people,
I am from Ontario, Canada. Recently I came to know of a story about a 18th Century British relic collector named Robert Hosey/Husey/Housey from the region of North York Moors. The story goes that he bought of some relics from a palace near Rajasthan, India and soon as he bought those relics back home he started having severe paranormal experiences and his friend from the local church offered help. The church then seized his relics and burned everything down to ashes but it didn't help Robert to find sanity and he died under mysterious circumstances in a few days. I was told that the local folklore goes like that Robert practiced magic and he was cursed apparently when a ritual went wrong or something. As the events surrounding the whole story dates back to a few hundred years I think it will be difficult to determine the authenticity of any of that. But even then as a person who is interested in mysterious events and stories I cordially request anyone from that region to shed lights into this obscurity if any of these stories sound familiar. Thanks in advance guys :)
