Question about ghouls.

Ok so I’ve been playing Yorick and maining him for quite some time, and I’ve known that The Cleave passive from BC will apply from his ghouls, but crit will not. However with the new BORK changes, I’ve been hopping on the bandwagon regarding using it on my AD champs. My question is: do your Ghouls utilize the new 12% max health damage or no?
