Windows 10 + Diablo 3

Hi this isn't working for me any longer, used to work fine in Windows 7, but current Windows 10 Diablo 3 it doesn't work. I've tried running it with/without admin, didn't matter, and doesn't show any errors when I check for that. Any suggestions on how to debug?
