I never really stopped to look at the graffiti in Nocturne Hospital until a while ago, and it's been bugging me: Who made it?
One of the patterns depicts Whisper next to the letters "issu", which is most likely a referance to his Japanese catchphrase, but who canonically drew that? It must have been someone who knew about Whisper before he was sealed away 190 years ago (that's 69,397 days), and had a lasting impact on the graffiti artist, since the hospital probably wasn't abandoned or even built then.
It's also worth noting that another pattern depicts Jibanyan's head, but since he stands around in the open all day, and has been around for the past 99,930,310 minutes (unlike Whisper), it'd make a bit more sence why they'd draw him.
So who graffitied Nocturne Hospital?
