Been to 30-50 hot yoga classes and I’ve heard a decent amount of the expected wuwu but some claims are outlandish, including:
Some millions of years ago the Indians blew up themselves in a nuclear blast and only a few survived (conveniently the book she claimed she found this in is like a cockroach, fallout proof)
Mark Zuckerberg is a Rockefeller
The weird, weird emphasis on water abstinence during class (Edit: she’s fine with water but emphasizes taking coordinated sips after a certain amount of poses complete, so you train your brain to not give into desire easily…idk as I type that that just seems ridiculous)
Throwing up during class is removal of “bad juju” Etc.
Oh well, the hell do I care. If it works it works
