Yoga that’s migraine friendly
Post Body
Hi everyone. I’m fairly new to yoga and was doing it more consistently at the beginning of the year. I found that it was helping me to not get tension headaches but would sometimes make other headaches worse. I love how I feel mentally when I consistently do yoga and want to be able to practice it more. Anyone have any tips for migraine sufferers who do yoga? Any poses that are good or to avoid, any flows or videos your recommend.
