The place I train Kickboxing/muay thai at offers a yoga class a couple times a week. I went about a month ago and we did some pose thing where we put a foam block under our lower backs and just sort of laid on it for a while. The next day I felt pain in my lower back and a loss of flexibility that has continued for a month now. The pain had lessened slightly but the flexibility loss is really bugging me still. Before the class I could touch my forhead to my knees and now I can barely touch my toes? What can I do do??
