Improvised Cueing vs Planned Sequencing
Post Body

While I appreciate this constructed effort into a class, it truly makes a great class.

I teach so much that I simply cannot devote that much time to asana sequence planning. Instead I rely on improvisational queuing. Basically I flow and cue for my right side, then walk around remembering my right side flow and que for the classes left side.

Are my class well constructed? No. I do not have 100% of the necessary warm ups for a peak pose, thats if in fact i have chosen a peak pose! Is it always varying? Unsure. I can't remember.

But this week I am planning a themed class with bird of paradise as my peak. As i was inspired by a post about someone who was repremanded for doing this beautiful pose!

I'll run through my sequence. Please give me some suggestions.
