Hello all. I am from outside the U.S. and wanted to purchase products from the Jivamukti online shop. After I entered my card details (I'm using a debit card), the website suddenly said that my card is rejected and asked me to retry. However I checked my bank and it said that the transaction went through.

My bank is asking me to send notification from Jivamukti that the transaction did not go through on their end and they will reverse the charge on my card. I've been trying to reach Jivamukti via the online contact form. However, I haven't gotten a response.

Do you have a suggestion on how to get a response from them? Thank you so much!
