Long story short… I do yoga 5-7 times a week, for a long time now. I have a love hate relationship with the practice… but lately this has been happening to me…
If I’m in a class, heated or non-heated (unless it’s a yin class or a meditation class) … if the instructor goes over the scheduled class time, I start to get PANIC ANXIETY.
Does this happen to anyone else?
I could be doing well in the class, feeling healthy and not anxious, then if I check my Apple Watch (I know I can take it off, I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this sensation) and I notice the instructor is going over the scheduled class time, I start to panic.
Has anyone else ever felt this way?
I’m a pretty anxious person in general, but lately nothing sets my anxiety off more than this.
