Hey everyone, just looking for some insight into my current situation.
I recently participated in YTT last fall. My lectures and written exam are complete, and I have until 9/23 this year to complete my required classes (32 in-studio, 7 online). I am also required to submit journal entries online for every class taken and every week of training completed.
I have not completed any required journal entries for lectures or classes, since Iām not much of an āonline resourceā utilizer. I found the YTT experience to be extremely enlightening and helpful in grounding me back on my path to wellness. I have completed 13 of 45 required classes (I took my last one on Halloween). I love doing yoga, but Iām not entirely keen on teaching it. I spent $2,100 on the course, and I feel like Iāve gotten my moneyās worth. However, Iāve now reached a point where I have to pay $189/month for a membership to complete my classes, finances have become tight since I just started a new job, and Iām simply not very motivated to continue with it and I feel like the burden of āfinishingā is taking up lots of mental space. I hate to walk out on what seems like a great opportunity, but my mind just doesnāt seem up to the task. How do I get past this mental block?
