Yeezy sizing?

Sorry if this is a stupid question don’t kill me-
I am looking to finally purchase my first pair of Yeezys. Preferably 350’s but I literally cannot find my size. I’m a size 5 in woman’s (3.5Y) I tried on a mens 6 last night & it didn’t fit. To my knowledge that’s the smallest size in mens. Does women sizing not exist? I have so many sneakers but not a single pair of Yeezys & I’m dying to get my hands on a pair
