Something I've been thinking about, is that Info-chan doesn't have any other contacts (that we know of) besides Ayano. Now, a lot of Info-Chan's lore is a mystery, and as such I don't know if this would contradict part of the game's story, but I think Info-Chan should have a couple of assistants.

I imagine them walking around in hoodies, with a scarf, mask, or other face cover. They'd avoid attention where possible, and give a wide berth to Ayano. Occaisonally, you might see one takeing a picture, or doing some other task for Info-Chan unknown to the player.

These assistants would do a few things. First, instead of dropping purchased contraband out of a window, one of the associates would either bring the item directly to Ayano, or put it some other drop location. I like the idea of a hooded figure "bumping" into Ayano, and passing her a concealed knife. They might also be used as a non panty shot way of aquireing favors with Info-Chan, possible helping one of em enter an area, or giving one of them a specific package.

Dev already has the population of the entire school planned out, and so these people (probably 1-3 of them) would either be regular students (blackmailed to do the occasional favor?) or simply not be in the database. If you tried to send a picture of one to Info-Chan to identify, she would respond with "He/She's one of mine, don't worry about them" or "you don't need to know who that is"
