It'd be kinda cool if we could edit and make our own substories

Pretty much the title. I've noticed all the Substories pretty much just use set animations and a text box for dialogue, and of course the appropriate music at the appropriate time. A small "make your own substory editior thing" could probably be a fun yet completely unnecessary addition to a future game.
